By engaging rwilliams.dev ("we," "us") for web development, consulting, or related services, the client ("you," "client") agrees to these terms.
We provide web development, website audits, digital tools (e.g. Duka Digital), and related consulting as scoped in an individual project agreement, quote, or invoice.
Delivery dates are estimates based on information available at project start. Delays caused by late client feedback, content, or approvals may shift delivery dates accordingly.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website/tool and its custom content. We retain the right to reuse general code patterns, components, and non-client-specific tools across other projects. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of rwilliams.dev.
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per project phase. Additional revisions are billed at $50/hour.
Projects may depend on third-party services (hosting, Supabase, WhatsApp Business API, domain registrars). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these providers.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered website or tool, beyond the amount paid for the project.
Ongoing maintenance/support beyond initial delivery is available under a separate retainer agreement ($100–300/month) and is not included unless specified.
Either party may terminate an active project with written notice. Client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
We agree to keep client business information confidential and not share it outside the scope of delivering the contracted service.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, or, for Kenya-based clients, by mutual agreement referencing applicable Kenyan commercial law.
